We are beginning to flush out some more details of the Nokia Lumia 1520
phablet. New reports confirm the 20MP rear PureView snapper on the
device which will take a dual shot consisting of a 16MP picture and the
5MP one for playing around with and sharing. At the risk of repeating
ourselves, we'd be more than happy to go over the rumored specs on the
handset, including the 6 inch screen with 1080 x 1920 resolution, a
Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of native
storage. A microSD slot will allow users to add more storage to the
phone, which will feature the GDR3 update.We do have some new details concerning the battery. A 3400mAh cell will be keeping the lights on. With a 6 inch FHD screen, you need to make sure that those little gerbils are spinning on that wheel as fast as possible, for as long as possible. The rumored 3400mAh battery capacity will top what Samsung has put into the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (3200mAh)
According to the latest water cooler gossip, the Nokia Lumia 1520 will be introduced on September 26th with the actual launch taking place in November, just in time for holiday buyers to whip out their credit cards. AT&T is expected to have first crack at the device.
