Apple iPhone 5S name confirmed by Japanese carrier KDDI

Japanese carrier KDDI has confirmed that the next iteration of the full-priced Apple iPhone will be named the Apple iPhone 5S. On the carrier's website is a listing for the phone, which is expected to be formally introduced on September 10th alongside the budget priced Apple iPhone 5C. Expect Apple to throw away the guide book with the "rules" that it previously had adhered to when it came to its number one grossing product.

Besides the traditional black and white variants of the iPhone, the Apple iPhone 5S is expected to be offered in gold/champagne and in graphite. Additionally, Apple is believed to have added an improved camera sensor with an aperture of f/2.0, the same setting found on some of the Nokia Lumia models known for taking great pictures in low-light conditions. We should also see a faster A7 processor under the hood that brings a 30% faster experience to iPhone users. And the oft-rumored fingerprint sensor it believed to be under a sapphire home button. There also is a strong possibility that we will see a 128GB model of the iPhone for the first time.
